long absence....

I am so glad to be back here,:) I´ve been thinking about my blogs all the time, but I just can´t find the time to blog even if I really wanted to coz of my very hectic schedule. I always go home from work at 10pm and I am always very tired. But this time, I decided to stay for an hour in the net to visit my blogs. I can no longer ignore the "blogging" urge that has been taunting me for days.

tired and sleepy...

I finished early at work today, around 8:30pm and then I finally came here at the boarding house at around 10pm and I saw Ate Becky and Ate rumafe on the train, so we were having a chitchat,:) I ate dinner with Ate Becky once again upon arriving here and I felt good. Despite being tired and sleepy, but I still have to make some things on the net, so here I am and I still have a lot of things to do for the following days. One thing is to transfer all pictures with Ate Becky into a CD coz she wants to send it to her bf in Denmark and I need to do it too, so I can delete her files after transferring it to the CD to have more space for future photos. I have to keep on deleting unnecessary files on my lappy to avoid memory upgrade if ever it gets full coz I don't wanna spend a dime as much as possible, especially on unnecessary things. I promised myself to have a cost-cutting and to really save as much as possible,:)

he's visiting me...

My dearest brother is planning to visit me here in Barcelona this coming December and I told my employers about it and they said that my brother can actually come from December 28-January 6 while they're on their vacation in Argentina, so we can tour around Barcelona for a week. Yohoo, I am so excited for his visit and if his wife can get her visa already and can go to Denmark before December, then they'll be both coming here in Barcelona to visit me. Yohoo, so exciting.

excited to lose weight....

With my new work schedule (from 8am to 8pm), I am so excited to see of I am going to lose some weight with it. I just hope I will,:) Indeed, my new work here is so long coz it´s 8am to 8pm during weekdays and 8am to 2pm during Saturdays. But I am not complaining because it´s part of sacrifices and coz I know that it will yield good results later, if not sooner,:) The sched is ok with me because I still have Sundays off, which means that I can still go to Mass every Sunday which is very important for me. I don´t want to Lord´s day to pass without me going to the Church. Thanks God for arranging my schedule so I can still continue attending Mass on Sundays. He is trully good all the time.

A new journey!!

Good day everyone! I hope you are all doing well. I am doing well here in a new place and I am so excited as I begin a new journey in my life here in Spain. Si, I am already here in Barcelona, Spain and I just arrived here yesterday, and so far, so good. I feel like I am at home in the Philippines because of the weather and the environment. I am not homesick at all,heheheh.

but indeed, I am so excited to see what life may bring to me here in Spain and how would I deal with the challenges that comes with it. I will always keep you posted and I will try my best to blog more often despite my very hectic schedule.:)

Sleepless....

I am ended sleepless since Monday,:( I go to bed late to do all the packing of my things. Yes, I am already packing since Monday because I will be leaving so soon. One of the things that happened last week was my fight with my female employer. A very disappointing argument that makes me decide to leave earlier than planned and indeed, I am leaving this coming Friday.

Been going out to the City everyday to bring my things to my cousin's place and I am really very tired since I have to walk long before reaching the bus stop. I am tired and sleepy, but I have to keep working to complete the packing and I still have to clean my apartment thoroughly (windows, drawers, freezer, toilet, bar sinks, etc.) as instructed by my host family . But despite being tired, I still want to blog and make up for my longggg absence.

isolated....

Hi everyone! It's so nice to be blogging here once again after my isolation from the blogging world for almost 3 weeks,:( Our internet connection has been down since August 19 and we only got it back last Thursday, but I was not able blog right away because a lot of not so good things happened last week. Things that were unexpected and I am so busy lately doing things in a hurry because I have to do all the task before or until Friday.

I will tell you more about it soon. Thanks a lot for always visiting me here.

A blessed Sunday!

Hi friends,good day to all and hope you are all having a blessed Sunday! I just came back here in my apartment from my nice weekend.

I attended my HH last Friday and it was fun and a lot of bonding with my new HH. Saturday, I spent the day with my friends outside the community. And today, I attended the 9:30am Mass and then the choir practice afterwards. After the practice, I went to the pizza house together with my closest friends in the community. We had fun time and a lot of bonding. The waitress assigned to us was very accommodating. We ordered a huge pizza and individual drinks. We also ordered coffee latte afterwards. We were in the pizza house for almost 3 hours just talking and laughing,hehehe.

And upon arriving here in the apartment, I decided and focused my mind in cleaning the apartment before finally opening the computer,hehehe. And thanks God and I'm already done cleaning. Now, I can chat and surf without feeling guilty of abandoning my dearest apartment,hehehe.

I have already decided to come home for a while after my contract here in Norway. I want to be home and be with my mother and my nieces and the rest of the family and my brother likes the idea too coz he's in Denmark now and his wife will be going to Denmark to work too,hopefully this coming October. So, no one will be home with Mama and the children.

So I have to start packing very soon and I need to complete the balikbayan box too so it will be ready for pick up. My luggage stroller isn't that nice anymore coz I had it when I was still in DK, but maybe I'll just use it one more time and then I'll just buy a new one if ever I will leave the country once again. I'll keep you posted.

eating chocolates...

Ohhh my, I am on cloud 9 today coz I received flowers from someone. For my almost 27 years of existence, I finally received flowers from someone far,hehehe and a box of heart chocolate goes with it. So here I am, eating chocolate and totally neglecting my diet,hehehe.

Something good is going on with my life and I m so thankful to God about it. He's truly good and I'll tell you more about it when it's more clear,hehehe.

still awake....

I'm still awake here at Ate Bren's place. I just finished watching the film "Outbreak" in a local channel about 30 minutes ago. It was really a nice movie and I love it so much. It pained my heart and I was depply touched by the bravery of Col. Sam Daniels and Major Salt (Cuba Goodings Jr.). I just love Cuba Gooding Jr. since then,:)

Sotanghon break...

Hi friends,good day to all of you! I am blogging here in Ate Bren's place and I've been here since Thursday night. I only got the chance to blgo today coz I've been busy with our chika2x session,hehehe.

Ate bren, her hubby and their daughter drove to Kristiansand yesterday morning and will be back tonight. We will be driving for Poland tomorrow evening. It's only me and my friend tonet here in the house. She went to the city to buy some stuff and I was left here. I called my Mama while in surfing in the net. And when tonet came, she bought an instant sotanghon sopu from the asian store and she shared it to me. It was really delicious.

Now, she's busy cleaning and I am busy blogging,hehehe. I'll think of something that we can do together. Maybe we'll watch a movie later. I'll just finish my assignments and I'm done here,:)

They're home now!

My host family is home now from their Spain vacation coz I already heard noises upstairs. I just don't know if they arrived late last night or early today coz when I woke up at 10am, they were already upstairs.

Anyways, I'm glad coz my eyes are not watering anymore. Yohoo, signs of improvements,:) I haven't completed my packing for Poland coz I felt so lazy yesterday. I'll try to do it today coz I'll be leaving the apartment tomorrow already. I am already very excited for the trip and I just hope that Ate Bren's hubby is already familiar with the route to Poland. If not then we have a tendency to get lost. I'm not sure though if they already have a GPS in their car. But I just have to trust him coz he's a well-traveled man.:)

another options....

As you all know, I've been looking for another job here in Norway so I can stay longer here. I want to stay longer here as much as possible coz I'm already attached to my friends here and my CFC-FFL community. But I'm also considering another options because if Norways isn't my mission country, but I can't really stay here even if I'll try my best.:)

The other options is to apply for an office job is Dubai or a teaching job in Thailand. I found a site that publishes jobs in different countries and I found a lot of jobs in Dubai, China and other countries. I'm eyeing for Dubai and try looking for an office job that will fit me. But most of the postings right now are IT jobs. I'll just keep on visiting the site on a daily basis to keep track of the different job postings, until I'll find one that will suit my qualifications. I'll keep you posted then.

The pain is gone.....

Hi everyone! I just got back yesterday from the SFL Singles Congress held in Oslo from July 4-6. It was indeed a very inspiring and empowering weekend for all the 130 delegates. The details of the congress will be posted in my Julai's Corner.

Anyways, thank you so much for all of you who left messages and for your concern about the pain that I've been feeling in my lower waist last week. I am so thankful to God because the pain is gone now, actually I didn't feel it anymore since Saturday. So maybe, it was just a minor thing. A time when a part of our body is experiencing something that isn't that nice,:)

But I am sick now,:( After the congress, we had a boat trip as a fellowship, but then the weather was bad coz it has been raining and very cold. We enjoyed the trip though, but I went home and got wet from the rain coz I forgot to bring my umbrella. So here I am, suffering from watering eyes, running nose and sore throat since yesterday,:( But it's ok coz at least I am not having a fever or some worst condition. God is always good all the time,:)

Back from the longgg weekend!

I need a break!

I'm still shaking and and it seems that there's really a bomb that's about to explode here in my heart,:( I'm really disappointed coz I don't want to have a disagreement with my friends as much as possible,huhuhuh. The idea of relaxing in one of the laughlin hotels seems to nice. The name implies a lot of laughing and fun, so maybe it will help me in relieving my disappointment right now. I really need a break!

A sad weekend!

Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing fine there and hope you had a nice weekend. Mine was a nice one from Friday til Saturday and it went sour this afternoon coz of a little disagreement with my friend. As in, I'm so hurt right now and I'm shaking from the disappointment that I'm feeling..as in feeling ko wala akong kakampi at ang sakit sakit talaga, parang sasabog ang dibdib ko sa disappointment..hahayyyy..

Hi everyone, good morning! I'm up at 4am today, so I'm blogging early,:) Anyways, I just want to share to you my want,:) I found a passport jacket in the store last weekend and I really want to have it,:) I really feel that it's for me and it would be a perfect jacket for my passport. The jacket comes in different color, but I'm eying for the yellow one and there's a phrase written in front that says " I love to travel".

I'm going back to the store this weekend and really buy it before the store runs out of stock. I'll keep you posted about it,:)

Missing Denmark!

I'm indeed missing Denmark, especially my host family. I'm planning to visit them this June or July, but it not yet fixed though. I instantly remember my host family in DK upon seeing the bar faucets at Faucet.com coz I had a funny experience there with the faucet,:)

I just arrived in their place few month ago and I was still so shy back then,:) It was Sunday and I came home from the weekend and then I tried to clean the sink before finally going to bed and suddenly the faucet was broken (the bar was cut) as I wiped it dry. I was really so scared coz my host family was not home yet and the water keeps on flowing. And when they came home, they saw the broken faucet and so I explained what happened. They were not able to hide the smile in their faces coz they find it funny and they thought that I was really strong,:) And their daughter suddenly shouted that we should call her grandfather to fix the faucet coz every time something is broken in their place (be it a bulb or a chair), they always call their grandfather to fix it,:)

That was really a funny experience and I was ashamed of it. Imagine, I broke a faucet, grrrrrrrrrrr.
