About a month ago, I always buy integral toasted bread (low fat and low carb) every weekend and I bring it to my employer's place for the working days. But I changed plan. So on Saturday, I bought fruits (apple and plum) instead of toasted bread coz it's healthier. And I'll be eating one fruit a day at around 11am, about an hour before I'll take my first cup of tea for the day.
Ohh, let me tell you a story. I was so hungry at around 7pm this evening that I got so weak and was scared that I'll collapse while making the food for the children. I keep on wating small pieces of bread to regain the weakness. I was still so hungry and glad that I didn't pass out while working. If Ii'll experience the same tomorrow, then I'll device a plan to prevent the hunger strike from occuring at 7pm. :)
