I still have to drink my last cup of tea for the day before going to bed and I'll do my best to sleep before 1am. The sleeping habit needs restructuring really coz it's so bad right now. I go to bed so late and wake up before the alarm rings. But despite the short sleep, I am not that tired in the morning. But I know the routine has to stop so soon to keep the body healthy. If the sleeping habit wouldn't improve next month, then I guess it's time for me to buy an over the counter sleeping pill as to ensure a longer sleep. Let's see!
