Last night, my little "alaga" kept on getting out of the bed before finally falling asleep. He cried many times in the middle of the night and woke up early and it made the mother very tired. She told me that it seems that she´s not on vacation at all and that she´s looking forward for the school year to start since the kid will start school already.
And tonight, the kid got out of bed several times too before finally going to sleep. My female employer told me to cross my fingers that the boy won´t wake up early tomorrow. Let´s see if the boy will cooperate:).
anti-wrinkle cream...
I just remember the discussion I had with my ates as I stumbled into an anti-wrinkle cream site. 2 weekends ago, I went to the beauty shop together with my 2 ates, Ate R. and Ate B..Actually, I asked Ate B. to accompany me to the store since I don´t know it yet and she said that I´ll find what I´m looking for there. Indeed, I found what I want. And suddenly, Ate B. went to the cream section and trying to decide what´s the best among the anti wrinkle creams on the shelf coz she wants to buy one. Ate R. and me frowned in unison as a sign of disagreement. Why whould she even think of using an anti-wrinkle cream when she´s still 31 and look younger than her age and she doesn´t even have any wrinkles on her face. I´ll share to her the site so she can take a look at the best wrinkle creams featured there, so she can decide which one to use when she´s already at her late 40s or early 50s.hehehe.
A good night sleep...
Yohoo, I felt good coz I was able to sleep at 1am lastnight, as planned. And for tonight, the cut-off is still at 1am:). Anyways, I am glad coz I alredy done reading the Vince Flynn novel (Transfer of Power) that kept me awake until dawn for almost 2 weeks now. Thanks God and it means that I can now read another book, but it will mean the same: staying awake until dawn,hehehe.
he´s not tired at all..
While most of the people here in the summerhouse is tired at the end of the day, but my 18 months "alaga" is not tired at all. And we are all wondering why. Where did he get all the energy when he don´t want to sleep at all. Usually, he has a nap time from 2-4pm. But lately, he don´t want to take a nap and keeps on crying if we force him to nap. Or he will, but only for 1 and 1/2 hours. And then, he wakes up early in the morning. And just like this evening, the mother was already pissed-off coz the kid keeps on getting off the bed and it was so hard to put him to sleep. If this will continue for long, for sure my female employer will lose some weight as if she´s using some weight loss supplement due to lack of sleep and stress. Hope the kid won´t cry in the middle of the night and won´t wake up early too.

Ohh my, I haven´t blog lately coz I am super tired in the past days.
Saturday - I stayed here in the summerhouse of my employers to babysit the children since they had dinner in Barcelona on Saturday night. It was an extra job though, so I got some bucks from it:). The baby boy cried at around 3:45am and keep crying every 15 minutes, so I end up waking up 4x to tend to him. I was super tired in the morning.
Sunday - I went home to the boarding house at 11.30am. I missed the train, so I waited for the 12:08 train. I slept in the train. Then, I just changed my clothes in the boarding house and went directly to the park where Team A (my team) had a practice for our cheering competition this coming Sunday on our CFC-FFL Sports Feast. After the practice, we stayed a bit and mingled with team B. Then at around 5:30pm, I went ahead of them coz I attended the 6pm Mass. I was so sleepy during the Mass. So, after it, I went home directly and slept. The ates were asking me to join them for dinner, but I really don´t have the energy to get up, so I dozed off.
Monday - The tiredness was still on and after my work, I continued reading the novel and then I fall asleep without noticing it. When I woke up, it was already 4am and I even forgot to brush my teeth,grrrrrrrrrrrr!
Tuesday - Not very tired, but was not able to blog coz of the Vince Flynn novel that I am reading and I was also tending my Farm Towm farm in FaceBook,hehehe.
And now, I am really hoping to sleep at 1am.

Agua in the middle of the night!
Since the hot weather started, my 18-months "alaga" keeps on waking up in the middle of the night (from 12-3 am) to ask for "agua", Spanish word for water. And most of the time, I´ll be the one to attend to him since I am still awake,hehehe. And tonight is not an exemption. I just came from the boy´s room as he cried shouting "agua". I waited a little bit to see if the mother will wake up. But I didn´t hear any sound, so I went to the boy´s room and give him water. He´s still crying coz asking for more water and the mother woke up and asked what happened. The boy is back to sleep now and I just hope that he will not wake up early tomorrow, as he always did most of the mornings.
Anyways, my Mama informed me through a text message that she received a check from the Medicare supplement insurance that she enrolled me into with a notice that I was granted an automatic loan. Mama will go to the city this Saturday to fix some things and she´s also going to verify about the "automatic loan".

Out all day!
We´ve been to the In-Laws of my female employer today together with kids and I´ve been out all day attending to the children while they´re enjoying a swim in the swimming pool. It was so hot and I really felt the pain in my skin from the glaring sun. I brought my sunblock lotion, but too bad and I wasn´t able to apply some to my skin since my bag was inside the house. Next time, I really have to remember to put on some sunblock before leaving the house to prevent from being toasted after the summer vacation:).
School life in the rural area...
My school life in the rural area instantly flashed back into my mind upon seeing the beautiful desk in the picture. The desk reminds me of the old and ugly long tables we had at school and the chairs that has been fixed many times, so we have something to sit on while listening to our teachers. It´s not easy going to school in a rural area since the facilities are old and outdated and the lessons are always behind compared to those schooling in the city or private schools. But despite the "not-so-good" experiences, I will always treasure the experience of my school life in the rural area coz it was so much fun and I learned a lot despite all the odds. I just hope that the Education system in PI will keep on improving, especially in the rural areas. And hope that the improvement will also include classroom furniture upgrade.
Getting darker!!
We are already here in the summerhouse of my employers in Calafell. I like it here coz it´s so calm and tranquil, it reminds me of my rural living in my home town. We will be staying here for 3 weeks and we will be going to the beach almost everyday. The only downside to this setting is me getting way darker than my usual dark color,hehehe. But I can´t really complain coz it´s part of my job and besides I´m no longer worried about me getting darker coz I know that there are a lot of people outthere who are so envious about my color. I am proud of my brown skin!:)
Anyways, I just received an email from my engineer bestfriend and it was in autocad format since it´s her proposed plan of the project that I will be starting soon, with God´s grace. I didn´t understand the entire thing, but the plan was very good. Though I told my bestfriend to make the cheapest plan fo me coz I don´t have a huge budget. I have to remind her about it coz she thinks that I have a lot of money and from what I´ve understood, she wants to use the best materials for it, just like the steel buildings she planned before. So now, she´s going to change the budget and go for my "cheap" request.hehehe.

Sleepless as usual...
I am so upset about myself coz as usual I have been depriving myself of a good, long sleep:( My dearest cousin, Mae, taught me the Farm Town game at FaceBook and I got hooked to it right after learning the basics and it instantly made me go to bed very early, yes early in the morning, as in 2am or 2:30 am. Grrrrrrrrrrr!
I´ll just tolerate myself to indulge in it for some weeks, and I´ll slowly reduce the addiction once my farm at Farm Town will be bigger already,heheheh. But tonight, I´ll try to sleep at 1am and it means that I only have 10 minutes left.:)

Worried for Lolo....
I have been so busy with work lately that I haven´t updated this blog daily or my other blogs in that case:(
Today, we visited the sister of my employer together with the 2 kids. The kids were having a good time there coz of the rabbit visitor that will be staying in their house for a night,hehehe. When we came home, I went to my room to change my clothes and I also looked at my roaming phone. There was a message from my bro informing me that he found our dearest lolo in their house with a bleeding wound in the head and that he brought him home and Mama is treating the wound. Ohh my, it made my heart beat faster and I was already shaking deep inside. But I cannot call since I sitll have to work and prepare dinner for the family. The best that I did was offer a prayer to God for Lolo´s safety before finally going out of my room to work.
I already sent an sms to my brother and I am still waiting for a reply on what really happened. My sis-in-law has already given me some info that calmed me. Hope that Lolo is well by now. Please God keep him safe.
And as timely as what happened to Lolo, I just encountered an advertisement about annuities, an agreement between a person and an insurance company. I was thinking earlier of asking Mama to get an insurance for Lolo, but I am not sure though if it´s still necessary coz I think that Mama have an insurance and Lolo and Lola is one of the beneficiary. I really don´t know. Have to ask Mama about it.

I was so tired that I slept right away after my work. I went to Makro with my employers with the 2 kids for the big monthly shopping. They always have one big shopping every month for house supplies and other stuffs. I woke up at 12 midnight and chatted with a very busy friend who happened to be online:). We´re just done talking and I´m about to sleep coz it´s already 2:10 am here and I still have to work tomorrow. I just hope that the little boy will not wake up early tomorrow, so I can sleep longer.
