I mentioned to you before that I ordered some health stuffs online from a health company based in the UK. And after waiting for about 4 days, my order is finally here. I received an e-mail informing me that the shipping of international orders might take 10 days, but soo happy coz it only took 4 days for my order to arrive. Their service is very effecient indeed and I'll surely do business with them again, in the near future. Here are the stuffs I ordered and hope that it will work on my system,:) :
And just a while ago, I had fun with logo designing. I stumbled into the site where I can create my own logo design for my business. So, I grabbed the oppurtunity of making my own design, assuming that I have already my own business.:) Been thinking of making a photography business in the future and I'll name it "Captured Moments and Memories", and it's the model of my design. Though the design I made is just a simple one, but still, I want to show it to you.:) Here it is:
You can also try making your own logo at www.logoyes.com. It's really fun and making one is just soo easy since the instructions are very simple and you can also change the font, color and some other features according to your taste. Go now and try the fun!

Drinking milk may ease hypertension
This seems to be a good news to the majority of the populace who are suffering from or has a family history of hypertension. A new study was published in the American Heart Association Journal, Hypertension, that says that women who drank more fat free milk and had higher intakes of Calcium and Vitamin D from foods (not from supplements) tend to have a lower risk of developing hypertension, commonly knows as high blood pressure.
Harvard researchers examined the diets of nearly 30,000 middle-aged and older women and found out that women who consumed more low-fat milk and milk products and had diets higher in Calcium and Vitamin D from foods were better protected against hypertension. When the researchers investigated the benefits of milk specifically, they found women who drank two or more servings of fat free milk each day reduced their risk for high blood pressure by up to10 percent compared to those who drank fat free milk less than once a month. The same was not found for higher fat milk and milk products or calcium and vitamin D supplement users.
"One in three American adults has high blood pressure, and an increasing number of women are living with undiagnosed hypertension, according to a second study published in the journal Circulation. The last decade has seen significant increases in uncontrolled high blood pressure for women across the nation, a condition that puts them at serious risk for cardiovascular disease, stroke and even kidney failure."

Should I color my hair or not???
Been thinking lately of coloring my hair. Some of my friends agreed with my idea coz they want to color their hairs too and it would be fun if we'll color our hair at the same time. But some of my friends don't like the idea coz they said that it would be "sayang" coz I have a very black hair and I'll just ruin the beauty of my black hair ir I'll dye it. So, I'm already confused if I'm going to pursue to plan of coloring my hair. What do you think? Should I go for it or just drop the plan?
I'm about to take a bath after this post, but I still have to check the theater seating link that appears on my screen and try to find out what is it all about.:)

Cheeseburger in a can

I first saw this photo in Yahoo days ago, but have no enough time to read thoroughly. And so I did Google it a while ago since I'm not yet sleepy and has still the energy to blog.
And it's really true, cheeseburger in a can is already available for you! Is this a result of a very high-tech world? Would you try eating a cheeseburger in a can? I still havn't make up my mind about this. But if there's a chance for me to get a fresh burger, then I'll go for the fresh one and not the canned one.:)
Anyways, the very first cheeseburger in a can is manufactured by a Swiss-based company, Katadyn, and it's sold under one of Katadyn's best brands, Trekking-Mahlzeiten, which is a subsidiary company that develops specialist ready-meals for the outdoor, expedition and extreme athlete markets. According to another article, the preparation of the burger in can is just easy. All you have to do is boil some water, throw the can into it, “give it a minute or two, fish it out, open the lid, and eat. You can also order this burger in can through the net.
Online shopping is really booming nowadays. It's really rocketing and people are likin it more and more, especially those who are really busy as bees. And a lot of online coupons are now available to give discounts to consumers. Example is Kohls coupons where you can avail of their products using the coupons some 10% or 15% discount. I started buying online too because I find it convenient, but I really have to be careful with my spendings coz I might end up with debts if I'll be careless.

I finally ordered online
In my previous post, I talked about my plan of ordering some health stuffs online. But I postponed the idea because I still want to look at the health stores here and try to see if the products I want to order are in the store. But got no chance last weekend to window shop, so I decided to finally order the health stuffs yesterday afternoon. The urge to order was so strong that I couldn't ignore it anymore. And besides, it was not that expensive as I thought it would be, so it's okey.:)
I ordered a detoxifying tablets coz I really feel that I need to detox my body. And then, I also ordered a green tea tablet. I already heard and read a lot of good things about green tea and bought a box months ago. But until now, I havn't consumed all coz I forget to drink most of the time. So maybe it's good if I'll take it in tablet form to take it daily. I'm taking Vitamin C and I only forget it sometimes coz the bottle is in my bedside table, so I always see it and I'll do the same with the green tea tablets when it arrives.
I'm really excited for the orders to come. The site says that it take 3-4 days to ship the order, so I hope it will come before the weekend. Meanwhile, if you are looking for some Delta machinery or if you have a friend whi is in need of one, just visit www.burnstools.com.

Planning to shop health stuffs online
As I surfed the net days ago for online health stores, I found a lot of results. I specifically surfed for an online health store here in Norway. I did found one but the site is not functional yet. They're still updating the site. I hope it will be functional soon. I did find a nice online health store based in UK though and they ship to customers around the world. and I found a lot of health products that I like. I'm really planning to make an order, but I'll wait til next week coz I'll try to see first in the health stores in the City if I can find the products that I wanted to buy. If I can find, then maybe I'll drop the online order to save money in shipping since the cost of shipping is £9.99.
Meanwhile,I'm going to check the link for mortgage lenders and see what it's all about. Bye for now folks!

The need for internal cleansing

This post is still related with the detoxification that I've been talking about in the earlier post.
We do always take care of our outside look. We shower, brush our teeth and wash our hair on a regular basis. But I think, it's for us to ask ourselves if we are clean inside? Are our organs clean and free from toxins? Our colon (the ‘sewer system' of the body), liver and other organs also require regular cleaning. Just like a car requires an oil change periodically.
And accroding to http://www.drnatura.com, it's time for us to detoxify our body from accumulated toxins, parasites and other waste materials if we are already feeling the following signs:
- Frequent fatigue and low energy
- Flatulence, gas & bloating
- Excess weight
- Food allergies
- Impaired digestion
- Irritability, mood swings
- Bad breath & foul-smelling stools
- Parasites in stool
- Frequent colds
- Recurring headaches
- Chronic constipation
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
- Protruding belly ("pooch")
- Powerful food cravings
- Skin problems, rashes, etc.
- Metallic taste in mouth
- Hemorrhoids
- Candida infection
Based on the list above, I really think that I need a detoxification since I'm frequently experiencing fatigue and low enery and irritability and mood swings. :(
How about you?do you think you need a body detox too?

Colon cleansing
Colon, is another name for the large intestine. Though there are differences of the colon between different organisms, but it's function is mainly for storing waste, reclaiming water, maintaining the water balance, and absorbing some vitamins, such as vitamin K.
Since our colon stores a lot of waste and toxins,so it needs cleansing from time to time. We need to detoxify our colon and our body in general to get rid of all the harmful elements and chemical that's accumulated in our body as years go on from the daily basis at work, in the home, through the air we breathe, our food and water supply, and through the use of pharmaceutical drugs.
Right after reading articles colon cleansing and detoxification, I think I really need to detox my body and be serious about it. Maybe, the feeling of being tired quiclky is a sign that I need an overhauling to get rid of all the toxins and harmful elements that I've accumulated for the past 26 years. I need to find an effective colon cleanser and start cleansing my precious colon.
How about you? Do you think you need a body detox too?

Strained muscles
I'm here in my hostfamily's place, looking after the children because the couple is attending a party. But let me talk about my strained muscles.:( I went to my extra job this morning, from 9-1pm. And I walked to the only store here in our place afterwards. I bought somethings for my apartment since I'm planning to just stay here for the weekend.
I bought banana, oranges, apples, carrots, cornflakes, 2 liters of milk, dishwasher liquid and a 3 kg laundry powder. I divided the stuffs into 2 bags and I think all in all, they weighed more or less 10 kg.:( And the bags were really heavy. I already felt the pain in my arms as I walked. So, I made a lot of stops on the way home. The store is about 20 minutes walk to my apartment, but I think, I walked for more than 30 minutes before finally arriving.
And the moment I came to my apartment, the muscles in my arms were already very sore. As in, I felt so tired. I arranged the stuffs and cleaned my apartment hurriedly. And I dozed off afterwards since the babysitting will start at 7:30pm. I dozed off for about 1 hour and a half and felt recharged as I woke up.:) I'm going to sleep in the sofa in a little while coz I think the couple is coming at dawn around 3 or 4am, their usual arrival when they go out and party.
Have a nice weekend everyone!

Relaxing for a while
I'm already done cleaning my hostfamily's place and I'm here in the apartment to relax for a while. I oiled the floor today and after an hour, I'm going back there to arrange the things that I lifted from the floor for the oil application. And I'm going to prepare dinner too and I'll make fried rice for tonight.
I'm suppose to pick up the eldest child from school this afternoon, but she asked the neighbor if she can walk with them instead, since the daughter is her classmate. And good thing coz the neighbor said yes,:) So, I don't have to go outside in this cold weather. But I'll go out after my duty though to attend the 8pm English Mass in Oslo. It's Ash Wednesday today, the first day of Lent.
On the other hand, Ate Bren, our friend who went home for vacation in Pinas is back last weekend. But her hubby and her daughter are still in London now. They left Pinas 3 days before Ate Bren's departure and they're staying in London for days to watch a football game. Ate Bren's hubby is a football fanatic and he also works as a referee aside from his regular job. And when he comes home, he'll be busy coz it will e back to work and he also has to find a new auto insurance quote for the insurance of their car. They have to renew it as another year starts. So good luck to him then,:)

pens,pens,pens
Been surfing for health topics in the net and I accidentally stumbled into a site featuring Papermate pens, and so I stopped for a while to see what's in it. And I suddenly remember all the expensive pens I saw in National Bookstore during my vacation in Pinas. I never thought that there are pens that cost 6,000 pesos and higher. Ohh my, that's really expensive. But at www.pensrus.com there's a lot of nice pens at affordable prices. You can also visit them and take a lot at their products.

laziness has invaded me once more
Hi everyone! Glad to be back here and thank you so much for your visits despite the lack of updates here. I'm really sorry about it, but laziness has invaded my system once again and though I had a lot of time to blog on Friday, but didn't have the energy to write something. I just stayed here in my apartment, watched movies and dozed off. So lazy indeed!
But then, I went out on Saturday afternoon to attend an SFC teaching and thanks GOD coz it has awaken my system and has recharged me with positive outlook in life. I didn't mean that I'm a pessimist though. Im an optimistic most of the time, but sometimes, I tend to dwell on the negative. And the teaching we had last Saturday, just awaken me to stop entertaining negative thoughts. It made me realized to just focus on the positive and all the blessings that God has given me. And it also reminded me once more not to worry anymore because God will surely provide for me and that He has already planned the best for me. All I have to do is be faithful to Him.
And starting yesterday, I promise to just focus on the blessings that I received and keep thinking that I'm so lucky to have all the things that I need. Thanks GOD. You are truly Good all the Time and I really love you.
