salad for dinner....

As part of the lose weight program in mind, I already started eating salad for dinner today and that's the plan for the next 2 or 3 months. Hope I can survive it,:) I made salad with lettuce, tuna fish, sweet corn and tomato and mixed it with a little bit of salt, olive oil and arggg I forgot the term for the other liquid. But it tasted good and I shared it with my roommate. I'll make another one for dinner tomorrow and I'll just make variations with the ingredients, so I wouldn't be eating the same thing everyday.

I've been drinking a lot of tea today too and so far, so good. Hope I can stick to this and yield the result that I wanted,:)
