a new diet plan...

My roommate told me to lose weight naturally and she also told me to try not to eat cereals everyday coz it might contribute to my weight gain. I've been eating "Muesli" cereals with yoghurt and milk everyday for almost a month now. So I don't know if it's really one of the reasons. But to make sure, I'll stop eating it every morning and I'll eat salad instead. I'll make salad in the evening and put it in the refrigerator and eat it in the morning. I'll start doing it next week as I'll start going back to work. I hope it will help and I'm already excited about the result,:)
