2 spoons of honey before sleeping

Last night, I was surfing reading materials about dieting and related things. I've read several articles and I've found something new and interesting to me,:) And it's about taking 2 spoons of honey before sleeping to stimulate the pituitary gland, which is responsible for fat breakdown. So I bought a jar of honey after work coz I wanna try it. I also read a comment below the article that she has been taking honey since her childhood and she never got sick, so let's see if honey will work for me too. I'm excited,:)
