the usual problem....

Here I am again with the my usual problem during weekends...pigging out,huhuhu. Our dearest Ate Bren has her birthday on June 19, but she celebrated it with family and friends on Saturday (June 21) on a rented location. So we were busy in the preparation. Ate prepared filipino foods and a lot of cake for dessert. And yours truly pigged out with friends,hehehe. But at least, it's not bad this time compared to the other pigging out sessions in the past,:) I was more in control last weekend and the weighing scale confirms it coz it still stays at 52.5 kg. So it's not really bad at all,:)

I have a lot of exercising and tea-drinking to do this week, especially that our Singles Congress is already in 2 weeks time and I don't wanna come there with a bulging stomach,hehehe.
