A while ago, I was surfing for health stuffs as always. And I stumble into a pedometer site. Hmmm, the term sound familiar, but I'm not really sure what it is. So I googled it and completely understood what it is. According to my research, pedometer is a device, usually portable and electronic, which counts each step a person makes. It was used originally by sports and physical fitness enthusiasts, but it's already becoming popular as an everyday exercise measurer and motivator. Ohhh my, it's really a device perfect for my goal of shedding off some pounds. I'm sure it will help me a lot in motivating me to continue moving and exercising.
